We're building the AI for everyday tools

Most file and text jobs need a different website every time: one to merge PDFs, another to resize a photo, a third to fix an email. ToolsMotive brings them into one place you can simply talk to.

Our mission

Describe the job, get the result

You shouldn't need to know which tool does what. Tell us what you need in your own words; we pick the right tool, run it, check the result and hand it back. When no tool fits yet, the AI says honestly what it can do, and your request goes onto our build list.

Today 27 tools are ready and 428 are planned in our catalogue. We build them in the order people search for and ask for them, and we say clearly on every page which tools are ready and which are coming.

    Your files, chats and results are never used to train or improve AI models.

    If a job can run in your browser, it does. Your files don't travel when they don't need to.

    Clear limits, prices shown before you pay, costs in credits shown before AI runs, and no invented reviews or numbers.

How we build

Three rules for every tool we ship

    It checks its own work

    Tools verify their output before handing it over. Merge PDF, for example, re-opens the result and compares the page count.

  2. 2

    Private by design

    Each tool states where it runs. Server files are removed when the task ends unless you save them.

  3. 3

    Fast on any device

    Pages are light, work on slow phones, and never hide the tool behind sign-up walls.

    We look at how many people search for each kind of tool every month, worldwide, and start with the most needed.

  2. 2

    What people ask the AI

    When someone asks for a job no tool covers yet, it is recorded (without the file contents) so we can see what is missing.

  3. 3

    Checked before it ships

    Every tool is tested on phones and desktops and checks its own result before you download it.
