Trust and security
What happens to your files, your account and your payments when you use ToolsMotive, in plain words. This page only describes what the platform does today.
Our promise
Your files, chats and results are never used to train or improve AI models.
Device tools
Tools marked "on your device" (for example Merge PDF and JPG to PDF) run in your browser. Your files are read and processed on your own computer or phone and are not uploaded to our servers to be processed.
Server and AI tools
Files travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), are used only for your task and are removed from processing storage when it ends.
Your private Library
Files you choose to save are stored in a private folder that is not reachable by web address. Only you can download them while signed in, and they delete themselves on the schedule your plan allows.
Accounts
New accounts verify their email. You can sign in with a password or a one-time code sent to your email. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes by WordPress, never in plain text.
Abuse protection
Forms are protected by a hidden bot trap, timing checks, rate limits and a block on throwaway emails. Network addresses are stored only as short one-way hashes.
AI providers
When a task uses AI, only the content needed for that task is sent to the AI provider, under agreements that don't allow it to train on your data by default. Provider API keys are stored encrypted on our server.

Your rights and choices
You can download your results, delete files at any time, delete your whole account from the account page, and unsubscribe from emails in one click.
