Questions about plans
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Tools that run in your browser are unlimited on the Free plan, with no card needed. Server and AI tools have limits on Free, shown in the table above. Free pages show ads; paid plans have none.
What is the difference between browser tools and server tools?
Browser tools work on your own device, so your files are not uploaded to be processed. Server tools (for example OCR or heavy compression) run on our servers over an encrypted connection, and their files are removed from processing storage when the task ends.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for work done by an AI model, such as writing, summaries or a task no tool covers yet. You always see the cost in credits before anything runs.
Do you use my files to train AI?
No. ToolsMotive never uses your files, chats or results to train or improve AI models, on any plan.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Each payment covers one period. We email you 5 days before it ends with a one-step renew link; if you don't renew, you go back to the Free plan.
